In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Gelato Vinto” or “SFPL” refers to “Shivram Foods Pvt Ltd”, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other purchases.

  • SFPL Team is operational from Monday – Saturday: 10:30 A.M- 7:00 P.M IST (India)
  • We observe a close on all government declared holidays. 
  1. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy

  • Payments can be made only in INR.

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any product(s) offered by SFPL through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of SFPL through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality & fresh products, but if you don’t get the desired quantity, you can claim your money back! (However you may need to provide a video of unboxing the packing)

You are eligible for a full refund if you notify us within 2 hrs of receiving the product.

You will be required to call on 7982779508 or drop an email to “accounts@gelatovinto.com” with Subject: REFUND <Product Name>

5.1 Delivery

We need a timeframe of minimum 1.5 hrs to deliver the product, once the order is received.

Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next day.

We deliver the product frozen.

For customize cakes, we may take extra time, but only after taking consent from you.

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which SFPL deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other products or offers. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.
